MATCH REPORT
An entertaining game at Pack Meadow that was pretty even but late goals allowed Coleshill to take the points.
The Colemen shaded the first half but both sides had chances. Alex Tomkinson and Kai Tonge both went close to opening the scoring but the home side were thankful to keeper Paul Hathaway for keeping a clean sheet with saves from Clark, Garnett and Palmer.
Dynamo came more into the game in the second half and deservedly took the lead on 59 minutes when Clark hit a stunner from outside the box. This woke up the home team and they equalised on 75 minutes when Cocks handled a goal bound effort from Chris Lait off the line, he saw Red and Kai Tonge scored from the spot. With a man advantage and now in the ascendancy Coleshill took the lead just three minutes later with Chris Lait’s first goal since his return signing. An Alex Tomkinson free kick was half cleared but Kai Tonge headed back into the danger area, Ewan Williams headed on again and Lait pounced on the ball inside the six yard box to volley home. George Washbourne completed the scoring in time added on when in a fine move from their own 18 yard line finally saw Chris Lait set up Washbourne inside the box and he stroked a left foot shot into the net. The game definitely turning on the red card incident.
