MATCH REPORT - Taken from Hinckley LRFC website

Hinckley LRFC came from a goal down to defeat Coleshill Town 3-2 on Saturday.
Coleshill started on the front foot foot taking the lead after just three minutes when Niall Rowe converted from a corner.

In a first half which saw little chances, Hinckley’s first chance to equalise came after 14 minutes when a cross from Aaron Nuttall found an unmarked Dom Brennan who’s volley went straight into the arms of the keeper.

It took until the second half for Hinckley to really put some pressure onto the visitors and it paid off in the 53rd minute when Nuttall was fouled in the box, allowing league top goal scorer Tendai Daire to step up dispatching his 13th league goal of the season.

Eight minutes later Hinckley took the lead when Andre Williams struck an outrageous volley from just inside the box, going over the keeper, striking the cross bar and going over the line.

They then sealed the victory in the 87’ minute, a lovely passage play saw Louie Gill play a cross into the box which was dummied by Daire to Williams who then played it back across goal to Nuttall who tapped it home.

A late consolation goal came in stoppage time for Coleshill through Harry Higginson who got on the end of a Will Highland parry but it wasn’t enough as Hinckley secured a vital three points.
