Midland Combination Premier Division
Castle Vale 1 v 0 Coleshill Town

Coleshill Town boss Mick Beadle is refusing to give up on promotion despite his side suffering a major setback on Tuesday night. Coleshill, lying third in the Midland Combination Premier Division, were beaten 1-0 at second placed Castle Vale. They now trail their rivals by four points with just two games to go. "It's out of our hands now but we will keep on going until the end," Beadle said. "We need to make sure we get six points and then see what happens. It was disappointing and frustrating against Castle Vale because we had our chances. It was just one of those games where one goal would settle it. But we have to bounce back now. The lads in the dressing room were gutted afterwards but they have the character to respond in the right way. I am really proud of the players for the effort and commitment they have put in over the last few games. They have been absolutely magnificent and I can't fault their efforts."

Team:- Greg Allen, Rob Hipkiss, Ian Bluck, Sam Chatwin, James Dance, Josh McPherson, Raddi Richards (Seyi Morgan), Dominic Reece, David Brush, Danny Carter, Michael Campbell. Subs not used Simon Volante, Ryan Gardiner.
