Former Town star, and Coleshill born, James Dance is currently hitting the net for Nuneaton Town.

The Sunday Mercury Wrote: James Dance sent travelling Nuneaton fans into a jig of delight with a last minute winner in a stunning comeback at Barrow. Andy Brown headed the equaliser on 88 minutes from a James Armson cross and within a minute Dance had headed in a second.

Dance is at Nuneaton on loan from his parent club Luton Town, (Blue Square Premier) in an effort to get some much needed game time following a long term injury.

James made 162 appearances for Coleshill scoring 44 goals. He was Young Player of the Year 2005/06 and Player of the Year in his last season with the Coleman 2008/09.

If James ever makes it into the Football League he would be only the second player born in Coleshill to do so along side Tim Rawlings who played for West Bromwich Albion, Walsall and Port Vale in the early 60's before moving to Nuneaton and then finally Coleshill in 1967.
