Coleshill Town completed their final home league game of the season by recording a convincing victory against lowly Bloxwich. Coleshill went in front after 7 minutes through Steve Whipps and Eddie Sandiford added a second in the 16th minute. They went further in front after 35 minutes with Mark Link heading home. Three minutes after the break Coleshill added a 4th through John Hall. Rob Hendrick grabbed an opportunist consolation goal for Bloxwich on the hour.

These teams met at kettlebrook on Saturday last, and the game ended in a victory for Coleshill who had the best of the play in the first half and led at the interval by 4 goals. In the second half the homesters scored three goals, two of them from penalties against Grout, both of which were strongly contested against. Coleshill will play Earl Shilton next Saturday 20th April in the Final of the Chapel End Cup. Coleshill are meeting a strong team but hope to be able to succeed in bringing the cup home with them.
