Coleshill Town boss Paul Casey praised his side's conquerors Dunston UTS after exiting the FA Vase at the fourth round stage.

Coleshill were beaten 2-1 after extra time in Gateshead but Casey said: "I thought it was a great game of football.

"We went so close to winning that game. I had to pick some of the lads up at the end, they were crying because they did believe we could have won that match.

"We ran Dunston close but credit to them. They are a very good side - a great team, who have had some superb results.

"They are a terrific club to be fair and the fans there were brilliant too. We wish them all the best for the rest of the season and I am sure they have a chance to go all the way in the competition.

"It was an enjoyable weekend for us, despite the defeat. It's been a privilege to be involved in the FA Vase this season."
