WE MEET AGAIN - BEDWORTH UNITED

For many, many years Bedworth have played at a higher level than Coleshill. Even when the Colemen gained promoted to Level 4 for the 2018-19 season, the Greenbacks had themselves been promoted to the Southern League Premier Division, Level 3, so they missed each other again. The only time the sides had met as far as I am aware, despite being just 10 miles apart and both in North Warwickshire, was in 2014-15 in the Birmingham Senior Cup which Coleshill won 4-3. Even when the two clubs were finally in the same league for the first time, 2019-20, they only met once due to an early conclusion to the League due to Covid. This will be the third season that the two sides have met, hopefully Home and Away!
