WE MEET AGAIN - CORBY TOWN

WE MEET AGAIN CORBY TOWN

Coleshill Town and Corby Town have only come across each other since Coleshill's promotion to Level 4 football in 2018. Corby have been at that Level and above for many years, they have got as far up the pyramid as Conference North, Level 2.

It was a big step up for Coleshill and they lost the first three games against "The Steelmen", the first win coming in a Home game in 2019/20. Recently it has been a bit closer and The Colemen finally won at Steels Park earlier this season with a single goal from Lewis Collins.

There has been a recent article about Corby struggling to pay wages and had budgeted on a Home crowd of 700. It really is a struggle for every Non-League team who receive little, if any, help from the FA. From Coleshill's point of view a regular crowd of 250 would be absolutely wonderful and we can only dream of crowd's around 700
