NON-LEAGUE DAY 4th SEPTEMBER

The Non-League Paper are promoting the 4th September as Non-League Day.

This is the brain child of James Doe, a QPR fan ?, but part time Harrow Borough supporter. Via social networking website FACEBOOK, the afternoon will be dedicated to the grass roots game and is getting lots of attention. Already 750 people have signed up to support their local club.

Interest in the event has been seen from as far away as Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Australia, who are all considering similar events in their own countries.

Coleshill Town are way at Pilkington XXX that day in the FA Vase. I will definately be going along with four other die hard Coleshill supporters but if you are considering attending why not drop me an e-mail and we can meet up for a drink.

I will try to get the event publicised in the local papers and will be in touch with Pilkington to see if they can promote it from their end. If we can just get a few more new faces attending an event like this, it can only be good for Coleshill and Non-League football in general.
