E.On F.A. CUP Second Qualifying Round

Coleshill Town v Lincoln United

It's Evo-Stick League Division One South side Lincoln United next up for Town on Saturday 25th September at Pack Meadow. Lincoln beat Shirebrook Town on saturday to book their place in the next round.

Lincoln play in the same league as Rushall Olympic, now managed by former Town player and Manager, Neil Kitching. Maybe Carl Adams should get on the phone and get some inside information.

Lincoln are currently 14th in the league with a record of P4 W1 D2 L1 F4 A5 Pts5.

Also in that league are last seasons' Midland Alliance run away champions Barwell, who are currently top, as well as Sutton Coldfield, Romulus and Alliance champions two years ago Market Drayton.

A tall ask then for Coleshill, to beat a team from one level above them in the Non-League football pyramid. But they have just beaten a side two levels above them and it could have been a worse draw as teams from Level 2, Blue Square Bet Conference North and South have joined the competition at this stage.
