COLESHILL HERALD WROTE
Coleshill Town knock Bolehall out of the FA Vase
Ten man Coleshill made FA Vase progress after having the edge in an entertaining local derby against local rivals Bolehall. Two goals in a minute from Matty Robinson (68 and 69 minutes) gave Coleshill a 2-0 lead. Paul Llewellyn pulled one back on 71 minutes but an own goal from Glen Sheppard on 77 minutes put Coleshill back in control. Ian Purvey added a second for Bolehall on 79 minutes but it proved to be in vain. Earlier Coleshill had Simon Volante sent off while Bolehall lost keeper Paul Lowe to injury and had to be replaced with youngster Nial Gibson.

Boss Carl Adams has hailed his side after this gutsy performance over their local rivals in the FA Vase to keep their Wembley dream alive. The win came despite having Simon Volante sent off in the first half. "IT was a good performance and I'm really happy," said Adams. "We played some great football and I'm really pleased to go through. Matty Robinson was terrific for us and Ben Porter has come in and really hit the ground running. Hopefully it can be the start of a good run in the competition."
