Season Review
Carl Adams left in the summer to take over at Stratford Town. His assistant from last season Jason Lanns was given the responsibility to take the club forward after four seasons of mid-table finishes! It didn't go well for Lanns and early exits from the FA Cup, the FA Vase, the League Cup and just two wins in the league meant Lanns stood down and Andy Reece took over. Reece however only lasted for three games but in that time James Travis added his name to the record books by scoring against Burton Albion in the Senior Cup, joining a small list of just three other players who have scored against a professional side! Chairman Paul Billing took over the reigns for another three games as he took his time over making the managerial appointment. Youth team manager Paul Casey was given the first team manager job in early November with Town lying in second bottom place with just 10 points from 15 games! It was a hard slog but Casey steadied the ship and as the season drew to a close Coleshill won 6 of their last 9 games and avoided relegation with one game in hand, finishing in a creditable 15th place!
