Coleshill came into this game after a reasonable run of form without setting the world on fire but were expected to progress against a team that are a league below and who are struggling to find form.

Coleshill started brightly and soon dominated the game without really having to work too hard, their efforts were rewarded on 5 minutes when Leon Weller’s cross come shot nestled into the back of the net.

Malvern looked very poor but were able to get a header into the arms of Paul Hathaway in the Coleshill goal but was never going to beat the shot stopper.

Coleshill increased their lead in the 26th minute . A corner kick scrambled around the box close to the near post and eventually got bundled in by Jake Murrell.

Coleshill then for some reason went to sleep and allowed Lee Hooper time and space in the box who picked his spot with confidence.

After what must have been a half time roasting Coleshill came out all guns blazing and Jake Morrell scored Coleshills third slotting the ball past Ian Hill in the Malvern goal, there then followed a crazy few minutes when Chris Lloyd hit a thundering shot against the post and Chris Gumery put the rebound on to the crossbar, Malvern almost immediately went up the other end and Louis Loaders shot came back off the bar but this time Dave Reynolds put the rebound into the net.

Coleshill then created space and time with their opponents looking for the equaliser Leon Weller calmly chipped Ian Hill to make it four. The game was all but over by now and to cap it all Danny Tymon did brilliantly well to score a fifth in the dying seconds. A much deserved win for Coleshill who now take on Nuneaton Griff in the next round.
