Coleshill Stay In Race Thanks To Stunners
A brace of brilliant solo goals helped Coleshill town maintain their top six place with a 3-1 victory over Dunkirk. Tom Weale showed the way after just nine minutes beating four defenders and placing his shot beyond the keeper. Dunkirk levelled through Dexter Atkinson on 21 minutes with Shane Benjamin restoring the home side's lead shortly after. And with four minutes of the half remaining Dean Rathbone netted another wonder goal, cutting in off the left before beating three players and rounding the keeper.

Match Report
Dunkirk defied their bottom of the league status with an impressive second half performance which had Coleshill on the back foot but Town's 3-1 lead at the half way point saw them through to three points. Tom Weale scored a solo opening goal before the visitors levelled things up with a strike by Dexter Atkinson that may have been deflected into the net by the finest touch from Philip Massington. Shane Benjamin put the home team back infront on 28 minutes with a strike from 20 yards and Dean Rathbone increased the lead with a jinking run which fooled two defenders and the goalkeeper leaving the striker with a pass into an empty net. No goals in the second half but both sides had their chances and Dunkirk dominated the possession in a disappointing last 45 minutes for Coleshill Town.
