COLESHILL HERALD WROTE
Five Star Town On Rampage

Coleshill Town continued their superb form to hit Cheslyn hay for five in a scintillating display. Town moved to seventh in the Premier after remaining unbeaten in five games and scoring eight times in the last two without reply. Dave Wilson opened the scoring for Coleshill after just ten minutes. Midfielder Simon Chatwin was another to open his account with a stunning 30 yarder. Town missed a golden chance to score their third on 25 minutes when Wilson was pulled down inside the box but Ant McManus missed the kick. Coleshill continued to pile forward and when Stuart Howard cut in from the right his cross found Duwayan Mardenborough who drove the ball home from just inside the box. As half-time approached, Wilson was again brought down and this time Ray Scandrett stepped forward and made no mistake for Coleshill’s fourth of the half and Scandrett’s fourth of the season. Coleshill’s priority in the second half was to keep a clean sheet and this they managed to do with some ease. Town made it five in the 75th minute when Mitch Thompson finished a superb move involving Chatwin.
