Coleshill Town have made another swoop into the transfer market to bring two players with Beazer League experience to Pack Meadow. Manager Martin Sockett has linked up with two former Bedworth United players, Paul Charnley and John Scrimshire. Midfielder Charnley has joined from Kenilworth Town, while left back or left-sided midfielder Scrimshire has also Beazer League experience with Racing Club Warwick and Hinckley Town. Their arrival follows the signing of midfielder Brian Thurman from Bolehall Swifts. Meanwhile, Coleshill hope to recall injury hit club captain Jamie Harden in their quest to reach the top six of the Endsleigh Premier Division. Harden has not played this year after damaging ankle ligaments against Upton Town. But Sockett added: "We are hopeful he will be back before the end of the season. He's back doing some light training." Goalkeeper Peter Manuel is now back in contention after breaking a collar bone, and Loz Cairns has completed his suspension. Coleshill's last real chance of honours disappeared when they were beaten 2-1 at home by double-chasing Bloxwich Town in the Carlsberg Challenge Cup.

Bloxwich went on to win the Challenge Cup and the League.
