SUNDAY MERCURY WROTE
Coleshill found themselves on the end of a Pershore blitz. Aldington put Pershore ahead with an excellent 25 yard drive and shortly afterwards Annis notched the second. In the second half Pershore dominated with McCormick scoring another two goals and Annis snatching the fifth. Rosborough notched Coleshill's consolation goal.
SPORTS ARGUS WROTE
Coleshill opened brightly and Pershore had Morris to thank for saving them. A great save from a Whipps diving header was his first contribution and this was followed up with a brilliant save which again denied Whipps. Aldington opened the scoring for Pershore with a superb 25 yard drive after good work on the right hand side by Wyres and Annis. Wyres broke clear, beat Walsh and crossed for Annis to make it 2-0.
