Stratford emphasized their recent improvement and made it six games without defeat with two goals from Keith Hancocks. Stratford took the lead on the half hour with Hancocks shooting home and although Coleshill pushed hard for an equaliser in the second half, Stratford made sure of the points with three minutes left when Hancocks scored with a well placed drive from 18 yards.
CHELMSLEY NEWS WROTE
Coleshill Town suffered a disappointing 2-0 league defeat at Stratford. Hoping to return to winning ways Coleshill began brightly enough against Stratford, but were hit by a Keith Hancocks goal on the half hour. Coleshill made a determined effort to get back in the game during the second half, but Stratford made it six games without defeat with another goal from Hancocks three minutes from the end.
