These teams met at Yardley on saturday last in boisterous weather. Only nine men turned up for Coleshill but they made a gallant fight and only got beaten by 1 goal to 0. The first half proved blank but immediately on re-starting Yardley scored the winning goal.

Today Coleshill have a league game at Handsworth with Witton Athletic.
