Chairman: Chris Davies.
Secretary: George Phillips.
The season started with Paul Johnson and Kevin Byrne in charge but by October, with just two wins from 13 games and the club well in a relegation battle, Chairman Chris Davies turned to Colin Strong hoping for an upturn in fortunes. Strong brought in new players but never got a run together. 90 players were used over the whole season. A run of 13 straight defeats from December through to March meant relegation was almost inevitable. One highlight was a double win over arch rivals Highgate United. Coleshill finished the season with just five wins and conceded well over 100 goals. Only Kenilworth had a worse record and the bottom two were relegated to the Mid Com Div One.
