Report by Paula Scott
Coleshill continued their recent good run of form with the progression in the league cup.
Coleshill began in control and the game remained this way throughout. Matty Robinson scored after 3mins to give the home side the advantage.
Andy Cameron and Liam Givans were outstanding on their home debut showing great strength and passing ability, Cradley found them hard to contend with.
Andy Cameron was next on the score sheet after 24mins a well deserved goal for his hard work in midfield.
A rare goal from Stuart Hamilton saw his goal hitting the back of the net after Coleshill were awarded a penalty.
Coleshill were completely in control of the game and kepper Craig Johnson found himself with little to do.
Just before the half time whistle Jon Powis had his name on the score sheet after some great passing play.
Second half Coleshill continued to be in complete control and worked the ball keeping possession and distributing the ball to the strikers.
Cradley put up little fight and could not work their way back into the game. Marvin Johnson slotted the 5th goal of the night closely followed by Rob Freeman with the 6th and final goal.
Coleshill were delighted with their performance and thoroughly deserved the victory and their place in the next round of the cup, but a much more difficult task awaits them in the form of a home tie with Coalville Town.
