Coleshill end the Alliance campaign in style
COLESHILL Town ended their season with a convincing win.
The 3-0 victory means they finished the campaign with ten points from 12.
Barry Fitzharris broke the deadlock with an in swinging cross that eluded the keeper and nestled into the side of the net.
Coleshill continued to dominate and a further two goals by on-fire striker Chris Lloyd ensured a superb finish to the season.
Both goals were the result of good passing and movement, with Lloyd's ability to beat a man and shoot evident.
Coleshill end the season in 15th place with 47 points from their 42 games.
"To finish the season in 15th after struggling so badly at the start of season is a great achievement," said manager Paul Casey.
"I might even get a nose bleed!
"It's been a great finish to the campaign. While some teams were already on the beach mentally, we were putting a team out to win games.
"It certainly paid off and we have momentum now."
