CASTLE BROMWICH NEWS WROTE
ROBBED OF A PENALTY

While Coleshill Town deservedly brought home a point from Walsall Wood Saturday, manager David Kite was a little disappointed that his team had not won, especially after the home side had a player sent off in the first half. The Coleshill boss said: "We did enough to win and I am sure we were robbed of a penalty when Voicey was clearly fouled after breaking through from a fine pass by Montague. Unbelievably the referee awarded an indirect free kick. Coleshill included new signing Harry Burrows in their back four and he gave a competent display. In fact Coleshill's defence looked solid throughout, but it was up front where without the injured Dawkins, Coleshill failed to accept scoring chances. Substitute Snowy Upton impressed in the later stages of the game after taking the place of Mervyn Parsons and looks likely to be given and extended run. Young Andrew Foote appears to be in line to sign schoolboy forms for Luton Town. After a midweek trial he was included in Luton's third team last Saturday. David Kite was still waiting to hear this week from Coventry City, who gave trials to two other Coleshill players, Russell Gordon and Colin Sarson.

*NEED TO LOOK UP IF THESE PLAYERS MADE IT IN THE PRO GAME*
