Saturday 11th February 2006
Midland Combination Premier
Coleshill Town 1 v 2 Bridgnorth Town
Scorer: David Brush.

Coleshill defended really well against a big, strong Bridgnorth side but were finally undone five minutes from time. Bridgnorth scored direct from a free kick and Coleshill did exactly the same through David Brush, his 14th of the season. Brush later had to leave the field with a dislocated elbow.

SUNDAY MERCURY WROTE
Jez Harman gave Bridgnorth Town all three points in their 2-1 success at Coleshill Town by hitting the winner with five minutes to go. Steve Handley put the Crown Meadow side in front on 16 minutes only for Dave Brush to level from a free-kick on 21 minutes. Brush was taken to hospital with a suspected broken anckle in the second half.

Team: Miles Millington-Day, Simon Bradbury, Ryan Gardiner, Joch McPherson, Des Wilkes, Simon Chatwin, Danny Greaves, David Brush, Danny Carter, Mitchell Thompson, James Dance, Rob Ellis (Jamie Shipway). Sub not used Daniel Glasgow.
