Season Review:
Another fantastic season ending with the Runners Up spot for the second time in three seasons and a fabulous run in the FA Vase that ended at the hands of eventual winners South Shields after a two-legged Semi Final.
The League season started with a home defeat to Long Eaton United and the Colemen exited the FA Cup at Halesowen but the signs were there that manager Paul Casey was building a decent side and when they beat league leaders Westfields on their own patch 4-0 confidence was sky high. Coleshill entered the FA Vase at the 2nd Round stage away to Uttoxeter but were shocked when Paul Casey took the managers job at Hednesford, two leagues above the MFA Premier. Assistant Manager Simon Lyons became Caretaker Manager at first but was eventually given the opportunity to manage Coleshill Town. Another fine win over Westfields this time in the Vase followed but league form was up and down until December when everything seemed to fall into place. Coleshill went on a 13 game winning run which included FA Vase wins at Gorleston and Crowborough and a home Quarter Final win over Sporting Khalsa. Coleshill equalled there Pack Meadow attendance record in the quarter final but blew that record away in the semi final against South Shields, 1755. Coleshill were beaten over the two legs but were never disgraced against a side with several ex-professionals in their ranks and a massive budget. The league title was still in their own hands but a disappointing run of one point from three games in early April made that almost impossible even though Coleshill easily beat the eventual winners Alvechurch 2-0 at Pack Meadow. A battling away win at Highgate United in the penultimate game secured Runners Up spot, just three points less than their best ever finish in 2014/15, and 100 goals for the third season in a row.
The Under 18's won their league and several Under 21's made first team appearances as Coleshill Town FC continue to progress.
