SPORTS ARGUS WROTE
Evesham, still looking for their first home league win of the season, forced two unsuccessful corners in the opening five minutes. Bradley sent over a good cross that was well gathered by keeper Collins. Coleshill launched a couple of useful attacks. Pollack only inches too high with a far post effort. Evesham again took up the initiative and Reed was unlucky with a clever chip over the Coleshill defence that just failed to reach Hare. The visitors made another forward move and Dyer sent in a tremendous shot on the turn which was just wide of the far post. Evesham continued to have more of the play although Coleshill looked the more likely to score. Keeper Berry made a fine save from Dyer 10 minutes before the break. Then a minute from half time Berry did well to palm away a shot from Williamson but Dyer was positioned well to slot the ball in at the far post to give Coleshill an interval lead.
Half Time Evesham 0 v 1 Coleshill

SUNDAY MERCURY WROTE
This was another disappointing defeat for Evesham who are still without a home league win. One goal always looked likely to settle this match and it eventually came a minute before the interval. Keeper Barry did well to push away a shot from Williamson but Dyer was on hand to score from the deflection.
