A drizzly day at Pack Meadow saw Coleshill Town take on Shepshed Dynamo with the home side looking to avenge a 1-0 defeat to Dynamo in the reverse fixture. In a close first half, Coleshill came within a whisker of taking the lead with Jack Hallahan’s volley striking the crossbar. Just before the break Coleshill drew first blood, a turn and shot from centre back Harry Craven nestled into the bottom corner. Shepshed’s efforts to get back into the game reached desperation as keeper Dan Wallis headed up for a late corner. The resulting clearance sent set Shaq Leachman-Whittingham away to eat up the yards and tap into an empty net.
