Coleshill Town scored a controversial free kick in stoppage time to punish a poor home performance by Coventry Sphinx and take all three points back up the M6. The Colemen went ahead when Taylor Carter-Byrne hooked the ball into the top corner after Sphinx goalkeeper Charlie Woods appeared to be fouled. Callum Woodward pulled Sphinx level when his second half corner found it's way inside the far post, before more late drama at Sphinx Drive turned the game back in Coleshill's favour. Ross Evans curled in the free kick winner when the home team felt the decision had unfairly gone against them. A second yellow card for Pat Zito in stoppage time compounded the damage.
